Steven Britton Posted November 28, 2012 at 05:36 AM Report Share Posted November 28, 2012 at 05:36 AM Can a chamber take a stand during an political election? There is nothing in RONR that would prohibit an assembly from endorsing a certain political action. Keep in mind for a assembly to take action outside of the society's objectives, the society should adopt a motion to consider the proposed action and the threshold to adopt this motion (to consider) is a two-thirds vote.
