Guest Keith Posted December 4, 2012 at 09:46 PM Report Share Posted December 4, 2012 at 09:46 PM What happens to an item when the motion is not voted upon. In this example a motion was made to open an item with a second, after discussion a motion was made to defer, seconded but this failed. The initial motion was not voted upon and the assembly moved onto the next agenda item. Is this item in limbo?

(If this were one of George's meetings, I could assume that the item to be opened comes in a pack of six.)
