Guest Rick Hartmann Posted January 17, 2013 at 07:47 PM Report Share Posted January 17, 2013 at 07:47 PM We do not have protocol in our constitution to have a meeting of our governing board via email. Is there a way to have a meeting via email if that is "not allowed?" Like suspend the rules if the majority of the governing board votes for that and then we can create the opportunity to meet via email?
Chris Harrison Posted January 17, 2013 at 07:50 PM Report Share Posted January 17, 2013 at 07:50 PM If the bylaws don't provide for the Board holding meetings via email then it can't be done. If you all want to hold email meetings you would need to amend the bylaws to provide for them.
