If you can't wait and the bylaws indeed have no provision for discipline then depending on how the bylaws define the Board members' term of office you might be able to remove him from office by adopting a motion to do so (requires previous notice and a majority vote, a 2/3 vote if notice wasn't given, or a majority of the ENTIRE Membership) or you may have to hold a full fledged trial.
