kendo Posted June 1, 2014 at 04:50 AM Report Share Posted June 1, 2014 at 04:50 AM I was brought up against a review board as our by-laws state that the board of directors must have voted for me to get a letter to appear before them. This was not done and at the hearing I said that this is not legel and told them they did not follow the by-laws pertaining to that. I was told that they were going then to go before the board and I will get a letter after there vote at the next board meeting. my question is how many times can they have me in front of there review board an this matter? thanks for any help. Thomas Ralph Posted June 1, 2014 at 07:21 AM Report Share Posted June 1, 2014 at 07:21 AM If a trial is ruled out of order for some procedural defect, nothing in RONR would prevent the organization from rectifying the defect and rerunning the trial.
