After the report is given for all offices - can then the President ask for nominations from the floor for any of these offices in one question rather then doing each office separately?

How can this be done as a group rather then individually and how would it be stated?

Yes, the President may ask if there are any nominations for any of the offices up for election, rather than asking for each office one at a time. I suppose he could state it as "Are there any nominations for any of these offices?", or something to that effect.

The presiding officer can do it either way, but it is customary to take nominations from the floor office by office.

 

Edited to add:  I agree with the wording suggested by Josh if the chair wants to ask for all nominations at once rather than office by office.
