jstackpo Posted March 19, 2015 at 12:02 AM Report Share Posted March 19, 2015 at 12:02 AM Assuming there is nothing in your bylaws about this, AND the bylaws (or the motion) establishing the committee say that the committee selects its own chairman, any member can call the meeting to order and conduct an election (with nominations from the floor) to pick someone.
