Call for a vote

We have a sub-committee that would like to bypass taking the vote back to the groups and call for a vote by the trusted servants. Is this allows in an emergency?

The Sub-Committee has the authority the bylaws give it.

A bit more information would be helpful, such as who are "we", "the groups", and "the trusted servants."

It's a twelve step program so we are a subcommittee of a larger area made up of groups. Typically the vote goes back to the group for the next month, however I saw something saying we could bypass that if it needs to be voted on which would mean the appointed group representative would be the trusted vote instead of it going back to the groups

This appears to be something which is controlled by your own customized rules, and not by anything in RONR.
