Gary Novosielski Posted April 14, 2015 at 12:32 PM Report Share Posted April 14, 2015 at 12:32 PM I would like to know if a president of the board in both for himself to be president in the election for New president of the board in the event of a tie voteIf the vote was by ballot, the president would have voted along with everyone else. Then the answer would be No, he does not get to vote a second time. A tie vote would mean no election, and one or more additional rounds of balloting would be required.
