JerryRig Posted July 2, 2015 at 09:24 PM Report Share Posted July 2, 2015 at 09:24 PM Is there a requirement that standing committee and/or special committee minutes be kept? If so, by whom should they be kept and where should they be stored for posterity? I assume, as a minimum, a record of attendees and passed motions should be kept. Bruce Lages Posted July 2, 2015 at 09:58 PM Report Share Posted July 2, 2015 at 09:58 PM Standing and special committees do not normally take official minutes, since their report is a record of what actions they have taken or recommended. However, informal notes certainly can, and probably should, be kept, and these are usually maintained by the chair.
