Guest Missy Posted October 1, 2015 at 06:58 PM Report Share Posted October 1, 2015 at 06:58 PM When dealing with an administrative board, such as a civil service board, that sets out procedures in appointing members but fails to follow those procedures not only in appointment but as well as electing officers among those wrongfully appointed members, can any actions/decisions taken by them be illegally constituted and void or reversed?
