Guest jason perdue Posted October 7, 2015 at 04:00 AM Report Share Posted October 7, 2015 at 04:00 AM I have question regarding elections and majority. if there is only one candidate running for office, and this candidate does not receive a majority vote at election, are they still elected by default, or is it necessary for them to obtain a majority? do board member elections require two-thirds vote, or is it highest votes win?
