The board consist of president, Vice President, treasurer, secretary, and concession coordinator. I know what the role of the concession coordinator is. However not the others listed and it's not defined in the bylaws and states they are defined in Roberts rules of order. So what are they?? Thanks. It's expected that additional administrative duties will be laid out in the bylaws. Such duties as are prescribed can be found in Chapter XV.
