Bringing Back a Motion

It can be moved again at another meeting (assuming each meeting is a separate session, which is usually the case if you have, for example, monthly meetings).

However, it would come up under New Business. There is no such thing as "old business" under RONR. There is Unfinished Business, but there are specifications as to how a matter comes under that heading.

Correct, provided each new meeting is a new Session (see page 81ff) which is the usual situation for "ordinary societies", as AK noted.  It might not be so for, say, municipal council meetings -- check the statutes, if appropriate.

Yes, if it's adopted you can't keep making it. 🙂   But you can then use the motion to Amend Something Previously Adopted to change a motion that continues in effect and needs to be changed.
