Yes. That's called "renewing" a motion, but it is actually just making the same motion again at another session. It actually can be made again at meeting after meeting. Once it is adopted, though, it can be changed only by means of the motion to reconsider, which has limits on its use, and by the motion to amend or rescind something previously adopted... which also has special provisions.
