Our 7 member board follow Robert's Rules. If 6 members are present at the meeting, 2 abstain from the vote, 1 votes no, and 3 vote yes, is a majority vote obtained?

Also, for 2/3 vote. If 7 members are present, 2 abstain, 1 votes no, and 4 vote yes, has there been a 2/3 vote obtained?

Yes to both questions. See FAQ #6.

 Josh,

Can I send you something to look at? I have a screenshot of the board bullets but I can't upload it here.

A 2/3 vote is satisfied if there are at least twice as many Yes votes as No votes.  Abstentions and absences are not votes.
