Guest Jamie Posted November 19, 2019 at 06:00 PM Report Share Posted November 19, 2019 at 06:00 PM Our 7 member board follow Robert's Rules. If 6 members are present at the meeting, 2 abstain from the vote, 1 votes no, and 3 vote yes, is a majority vote obtained? Also, for 2/3 vote. If 7 members are present, 2 abstain, 1 votes no, and 4 vote yes, has there been a 2/3 vote obtained?

Abstentions and absences are not votes.
