Ctrules Posted May 26, 2021 at 03:39 PM Report Share Posted May 26, 2021 at 03:39 PM I am part of an organization the votes by paper ballot in past years people have written Degrading offensive things on the ballot about the candidates before turning them in I have pushed that this should invalidate the ballot. If the ballot is cast by someone entitled to vote and demonstrates a clear preference for a candidate, the ballot should be credited to that candidate. Sections 45:32 and 45:33 of RONR (12th ed.).
