Eligibility to vote

Our bylaws require 25 days of membership to be eligible to vote at an endorsement meeting. At our endorsement mtg., a motion was MSC to postpone the rest of the agenda to the next meeting. The mtg. was then adjourned. Can voting at the next meeting be restricted to those eligible to vote at the initial mtg. or does a new period of eligibility begin?

Thank you for your help.

This question is going to be one of bylaw interpretation, and of such a nature that I suspect we won't be able to offer any advice. It will involve looking at your bylaws as a whole.

Can you give the verbatim quotes from the bylaws?

Also if in the bylaws what it says about regular general  meetings and endorse meetings.

Also  under normal situations when does the organisation holds this meeting? That will give a hint how long the sessions normally last.

But even then it is all interpretation and only the assembly can decide on that.
