Guest John K Posted June 6, 2021 at 06:51 PM Report Share Posted June 6, 2021 at 06:51 PM I'm new here, therefore I offer apologies if this question has been previously answered and I have not seen it. Who can fine a Board President or Chairman if that person messes up. I thought only the vice President or Vice Chairman had that authority. Also, who has authority to set amount of fine for a general member?
Joshua Katz Posted June 6, 2021 at 08:35 PM Report Share Posted June 6, 2021 at 08:35 PM Any authority to fine members would need to be in your bylaws. RONR does not give you any such authority.

Fines may not be imposed at all unless authorized in the bylaws.
