Yes, but you need to be careful how you go about it. You should read Chapter XX in RONR, which is the chapter on discipline. Pay particular attention to section 63 which is the section on steps in a fair disciplinary process. It is possible to suspend a member’s rights pending the outcome of a final disciplinary hearing. if your own bylaws contain provisions on discipline, those with supersede the rules in RONR.
