May we amend the agenda to include a board member who will be teleconferencing?  The agenda has been posted.

An agenda includes items or classes of business that will be considered at the meeting. What do you mean by "including a board member" on the agenda?

The Board member would like to attend via teleconference.

A member calling in via teleconference would not be considered to be present at the meeting (for quorum and voting purposes, etc.) unless your bylaws (or applicable law) allow such participation. If there is no such provision in the bylaws, the board could still allow the member to call in if it wants to, but he or she would not be able to vote and would not be considered present.

Would this still be allowable if the agenda has been posted?  I would need to state their location on the agenda, etc.

Is this perhaps a public body, and some sort of Open Meeting Law requires the board member's location to be stated? If so, questions regarding this matter should be addressed to an attorney.

RONR does not require the physical location of board members to be listed on the agenda (or elsewhere), nor does RONR require an agenda to be posted.
