Last month a member presented an updated policy but asked that we vote on it at the next meeting. Not sure why the member asked for a vote at a later meeting since this delay is not required for policies like it is for bylaws amendments. But I need help with how to place this item on this month's agenda. Should it go in the committee's report, which is where it was originally presented, or should it be under unfinished business?
