Guest Jerry Posted October 25, 2022 at 01:01 AM Report Share Posted October 25, 2022 at 01:01 AM Our condo board disagrees about whether to lisy non-board members guests at a board meeting as being in attendance. Should they be listed, even if they do not participate or bring a metter to the board for consideration?
Richard Brown Posted October 25, 2022 at 01:06 AM Report Share Posted October 25, 2022 at 01:06 AM That is a judgment call which is within the sound discretion of the board to decide. RONR has no rule on the subject. Note, since this is a homeowner association, you might check your bylaws and declarations and also any controlling state law regarding non-board members attending and speaking at board meetings
