Four questions were presented on a screen before a meeting of the membership. Using paper ballots, all questions were approved by the voters; however, in reviewing the recording of the meeting, the Secretary realized that no formal motion was made to approve these questions.  Can we accept the vote?

Presuming the chair announced the result of the votes, you already have.  And the minutes should reflect that fact.

For future reference, a motion is the proper was to bring a question before the membership, whether projected screens are used or not.
