Thanks for confirming where we stand at this moment. Yes, it is incompatible with the idea and ideals of a deliberative assembly. This is why RONR prohibits proxies to the fullest extent permitted by whatever laws and regulations govern your type of society. You may amend your bylaws to use proxies but you'll have to develop the rules for their use. All things considered, you'll be sorry. Good luck. Quote
