Guest john hoien Posted May 24, 2010 at 02:37 AM Report Share Posted May 24, 2010 at 02:37 AM after our board of directors meetings, the board goes into executive session. all items of discussion are supposed to stay with the board of directors. we have a problem with a current director and a past director. information discussed, or had been discussed, in executive session,is being shared with the individual that the board is being asked to investigate, as far as r&r or by-law infractions. is there away to remove the problem director? and is their a way to shut down the past director from creating this havoc with in the association? our board of directors is elected by a vote of the membership. your help will be appreciated.
