Meeting Minutes

In the minutes of my meeting, it was recorded that no one was present in the two areas needed to address concerns. The minutes have been distributed and responses to the questions raised have been distributed. Do those responses or any ongoing discussion with a resolution get captured in the next meeting? Or, perhaps I should have asked how are those responses and/or resolution captured?

The minutes should only reflect what is done at a meeting not what is said. So responses and discussion is not proper material for the minutes.

And even if it is the custom (or even an explicit rule) in your organization to include some of the content of discussion, the minutes should still be an accurate record of what happened at the meeting, not in between meetings.
