Emergency Meeting

Our organization requires a 10 day notification for calling a meeting of the membership. However, all but a couple of board members have resigned and there is imminent business that needs to be resolved to keep the organization functional. Are there any provisions for circumventing this 10 day notification in an emergency situation?

See page 119, 469, and 470 for ratifying actions taken in an emergency. It might be better to take the action now and gamble that it'll be ratified later, at the meeting... if it's really that urgent.
