Guest poseya Posted June 2, 2010 at 08:27 PM Report Posted June 2, 2010 at 08:27 PM In an election, three candidates ran for office. None received a majority so the lowest vote-getter was not included on the second ballot. A candidate was elected. Clearly, this cannot be done under Robert's Rules. Is the election voided?
