Guest Bob Ritter Posted September 3, 2010 at 04:34 PM Report Share Posted September 3, 2010 at 04:34 PM I am a president of a board for a small non-profit organization. Over the last few months we terminated our CFO and after new audit reports it clearly shows that the CEO was negligent in his duties and it has put the company at risk. We would like to terminate the CEO and wonder the correct procedure. He is a member of the board because of his position.Any help is greatly appreciated
