Guest john Posted October 14, 2010 at 04:28 PM Report Share Posted October 14, 2010 at 04:28 PM Our club is voting on several by-law changes at our next regular meeting. Do we have to vote on each specific change? Or can we just vote once?(yes to adopt all the changes or no to reject all the changes)
jstackpo Posted October 14, 2010 at 04:37 PM Report Share Posted October 14, 2010 at 04:37 PM Nothing wrong with voting for all at once -- this is called "in gross" -- RONR p. 350 & 506 -- but be sure to allow for amendments first. Also, be sure that one or more unpopular amendments doesn't "poison" the rest, and cause the good ones to go down the tubes, too.
