Guest Bob Smith (Obviously not)

Our president, knowingly, lied to the Membership and to the Board of Directors to cause a Cause of Action for his personal satisfaction and not for the good of the Organization. We are now involved in more legal proceedings and are afraid that this individual is leading us down a path of destruction. What can we do immediately to stop him??

Boy oh boy, Bob Smith, you are asking the same question in different ways.

The answer isn't going to change, you know.

"What can we do immediately to stop him?"

Do the obvious:

Remove your president from the office of president.

Suspend him.

Expel him.

Your choice.
