Wording of a motion

can this same motion during implementation, be "transferred" to other actions that are similar, or in the "same spirit", or "in-sync" with the original intent of the motion?

Not without authority form the assembly.

For example, if the motion is to paint the front door fire engine red, it may not be assumed that is authority to do the same to the back door.

After a motion has passed, can this same motion during implementation, be "transferred" to other actions that are similar, or in the "same spirit", or "in-sync" with the original intent of the motion? How important is specificity in a motion?

No, no, no, and extremely, respectively.

I think it would help if you give a clear example of what you mean. Specificity is important and advisable in a motion; however, in practice, assemblies do sometimes adopt vague and unspecific motions.
