First of all look at RONR p. 642 line 29 through p. 643 to determine whether the election can be Rescinded. If it can't see RONR pp. 629-642. Be prepared because it will be a long drawn out process. After you deal with that you might want to consider amending the bylaws to provide for procedures for discipline.
