Hieu H. Huynh Posted January 26, 2017 at 12:07 AM Report Share Posted January 26, 2017 at 12:07 AM Was the subsequent motion adopted by the vote required to rescind or amend the previously adopted motion?
Richard Brown Posted January 26, 2017 at 02:32 AM Report Share Posted January 26, 2017 at 02:32 AM A previously adopted motion can be amended or rescinded until it is no longer in effect. The fact that it has a delayed effective date does not make any difference. As Mr. Huynh said, you must follow the procedures for amending or rescinding something previously adopted.
