Guest Dan Flanscha Posted March 22, 2011 at 02:02 PM Report Share Posted March 22, 2011 at 02:02 PM If an organization has a standard format for conducting meetings which includes standing committee reports is it normally an accepted practice that those committees can present motions during their report or should they wait until the time when new business is on the agenda?Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.If the report of a committee contains a recommended resolution, the reporting member, after the report is presented, moves the adoption of the resolution that was just read.
