Guest V. Valentine Posted March 29, 2011 at 01:44 AM Report Share Posted March 29, 2011 at 01:44 AM I followed the proper procedures by formally requesting to address the board of directors form our Home Owners Association. I was placed on the agenda to speak however I was informed by the chair as I began to speak that the time limit was three minutes, not ten minutes which was my understanding. What is the correct time limit when one is formally on the agenda?
George Mervosh Posted March 29, 2011 at 01:46 AM Report Share Posted March 29, 2011 at 01:46 AM For non-members of the Board in this case, it is totally up to their discretion. You have no rights under the rules in RONR.
