No Vote or Abstained?There is no need to record the fact that some members did not vote (except in the rare event of a roll-call vote if the total number of votes falls short of the quorum requirement).In most instances you simply record whether the motion was adopted or lost.But see also FAQ #1 for RONR's version of your rule. No Vote or Abstained?ThanksThe organization needs to repeal this bylaw as soon as possible. By suspending his right to vote, the organization is treating its chairman of the board like an offender.
