Guest Lee Ann Posted April 21, 2011 at 07:12 PM Report Share Posted April 21, 2011 at 07:12 PM I am preparing items for an upcoming agenda of a Board. Since the last meeting, the Executive Board met. Does the full Board approve the Executive Board's minutes? I feel the Executive Board's meeting minutes should be distributed but I don't think that the minutes should be approved by any group other than the Executive Board. hmtcastle Posted April 21, 2011 at 11:07 PM Report Share Posted April 21, 2011 at 11:07 PM Does the full Board approve the Executive Board's minutes? You could avoid a lot of confusion if (per RONR) you'd rename your "executive board", the executive committee. Then you wouldn't have to deal with two boards, a full one and, what, a not-so-full one?
