Guest Joe H Posted July 18, 2011 at 06:11 PM Report Share Posted July 18, 2011 at 06:11 PM Our non-profit corporation has a cadre of retired members who appear at Board Meetings and speak up whenever they want. It frequently appears that they are attempting to influence the Board's discussions/deliberations. A few of these folks have declined offers to serve on the board. What are the rights of non-board members to speak and interrupt at board meetings? What is the best way to control boistererous, disruptive non-Board members at Board meetings?
