Guest JosieERocco Posted August 24, 2011 at 01:47 PM Report Share Posted August 24, 2011 at 01:47 PM I am trying to verify if minutes from our FY11 Annual Meeting have to wait to be approved until our FY12 Annual meeting - I have one Board member that says we should not have approved the minutes from our annual meeting at our regular monthly board meeting that we need to wait until our next Annual Meeting. Thank you in advance for any and all assitance!
