The board is voting 3 to 3 (3 votes for each person) How do they break the tie? Can;t find anything on this anywhere! Meeting is Thursday, need answer ASAP. Thanks. Anyhow, there is no tie-breaker in Robert's Rules of Order........so keep voting, or consider nominating someone other than the 2 who you think will be tied. Could be a long night.
