David A Foulkes Posted September 16, 2011 at 10:35 AM Report Share Posted September 16, 2011 at 10:35 AM Don't use your email, use your username. I'm not sure what that is for you. For me, it's dafoulkes even though I appear to be David A Foulkes on this forum. Both my email and full name failed (with your error message), but my username works. Don't remember your username? Might have to write to Olivia for help with that.
Boss Lady Posted September 16, 2011 at 11:05 AM Report Share Posted September 16, 2011 at 11:05 AM Matt, I sent you an email with your user name. It is not your email address.Let me know if you don't get the email or if you still have trouble logging in.
Matt Schafer Posted September 16, 2011 at 04:48 PM Report Share Posted September 16, 2011 at 04:48 PM Well, that seems to have worked. I feel like myself again. It's odd, though. I thought that I used my email address before the upgrade. Must be going senile. Thanks!
Matt Schafer Posted September 16, 2011 at 04:49 PM Report Share Posted September 16, 2011 at 04:49 PM Though I must add: The error message that I got was woefully inadequate in helping me determine the nature of my mistake. That should probably be fixed so that others can sort it out themselves.
Boss Lady Posted September 16, 2011 at 07:23 PM Report Share Posted September 16, 2011 at 07:23 PM I agree about the error messages not being adequate. Unfortunately we don't have control over the messaging. I have reported this to the software company. They had told me in the past that it would be greatly improved if we upgraded.... needless to say, it is not greatly improved.
