Shmuel Gerber Posted November 4, 2011 at 07:25 PM Report Share Posted November 4, 2011 at 07:25 PM RONR doesn't address Appeals Committees.Although, if a pending Appeal (relating to a question of order at a meeting) is debatable and does not adhere to the pending question, the Appeal can be referred to a committee.
