Chris Harrison Posted November 15, 2011 at 12:58 AM Report Share Posted November 15, 2011 at 12:58 AM There is no such creature as a "fair share employee" under RONR. You will have to look to your rules to know what rights they have (if any).
Weldon Merritt Posted November 15, 2011 at 12:59 AM Report Share Posted November 15, 2011 at 12:59 AM What is a fair share employee? Are they allowed to attend meetings?I have no idea what "a fair share emplyee" is. It is not a term used in RONR. But as to your second question, if the "fair share employee" is a member of the body that is meeting, then he or she has a right to attend; otherwise, he or she may attend only if allowed to do so by the assembly.
