Could you be more specific?

Do you mean something like a live, online chat room?

Or ways in which the Internet can be used to facilitate meetings?

Well, yes.

I'm a member of an Association and we sometimes try to conduct business over the internet via emails because we have board members all over the state of Texas. Recently we got the cart before the horse in some motions, and I was just wondering if anyone else had experience with internet meetings and how the rules would apply.

Thought maybe someone had written some guidelines or a book or something.
