What are your VWF's "membership qualifications", as spelled out in the bylaws? Could the expelled person just reapply if he otherwise qualified for membership? The national procedures are very specific and it applies to all posts in the VFW.The discussion of the Bylaws of a particular organization is beyond the scope of RONR and this forum.
