After the election, the error of ineiligibility was noted. Does the next highest vote tally win that seat or does it call for a new election? I can't find specific language in my book. In determining a majority, even votes cast for ineligible candidtaes DO count in determining a majority, as long as they were cast by legal voters..Since nobody got elected, you'll need a new election.
