Guest NH74 Posted January 10, 2012 at 07:58 PM Report Share Posted January 10, 2012 at 07:58 PM We have two separate issues with regards to two officers. First we had a vote on the removal of our president. Our by-laws state it needs to be a 2/3 vote of our board which would require six votes. we only had 5 votes at the time. My question is can this be re-visited at the next board meeting?Second our VP issued a resignation is haste and wants to come back the majority of the board wants him back but our by-laws state that if you re-sign during your term you are out for 5 years. Can our board vote on this issue and allow him back?
