non members (renters) rights at non profit corporation (hoa) Board meeting

I am a novice at this. I am a member/homeowner in a non profit (HOA) corporation. I would like to know if a renter/non-member/homeowner can attend Board meetings and can they have their comments recorded in the Board Minutes? Thank you.

Only members of the body which is meeting have any rights under RONR. However, check the HOA's bylaws and any applicable laws to determine if they grant any rights to Homeowners even if they aren't Board members.

Except for the need to insert the words "or renter" after "Homeowners, this is a perfect answer. :)
