Guest Susan_Pease Posted April 8, 2012 at 01:03 PM Report Share Posted April 8, 2012 at 01:03 PM I am a novice at this. I am a member/homeowner in a non profit (HOA) corporation. I would like to know if a renter/non-member/homeowner can attend Board meetings and can they have their comments recorded in the Board Minutes? Thank you. Chris Harrison Posted April 8, 2012 at 01:37 PM Report Share Posted April 8, 2012 at 01:37 PM Only members of the body which is meeting have any rights under RONR. However, check the HOA's bylaws and any applicable laws to determine if they grant any rights to Homeowners even if they aren't Board members.
